permitOS™ grew out of Gold Standard Builder Services, a Florida permit expediting company with 12+ years in business and a team carrying 20+ years of hands-on permitting experience. Every part of the platform, including PREiQ™, was shaped by real submissions to real jurisdictions — not built first and staffed with permitting knowledge later.
Where the two platforms actually differ.
PermitFlow describes itself publicly as “the TurboTax of construction permitting” — a self-serve tool where you still do the work, just with software helping you along. That's a legitimate model. It's also a different one than permitOS™.
