These terms govern your use of this website, our permit expediting services, and the permitOS™ platform, operated by Gold Standard Builder Services ("Gold Standard," "we," "us").

By accessing this website, requesting our permit expediting services, or creating a permitOS™ account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our site, services, or platform.
Permit expediting services, and the permitOS™ platform.
Gold Standard provides professional permit expediting and permit management services. permitOS™ is a software platform for managing permits, including PREiQ™. Neither our services nor permitOS™ guarantee that any permit application will be approved — approval decisions are made solely by the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
You're responsible for your account and the information in it.
If you create a permitOS™ account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Use our site and platform lawfully, and as intended.
You agree not to misuse our website or the permitOS™ platform — including not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, not submitting false or fraudulent permit information, and not using the platform in a way that violates applicable law.
Fees for our services and for permitOS™ are described where you purchase them.
Fees for permit expediting services and for permitOS™ subscriptions or usage-based features (such as PREiQ™ credit) are described on our Pricing page or in your proposal or agreement with us. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Our content, trademarks, and technology belong to us.
permitOS™ and PREiQ™ are trademarks of Gold Standard Builder Services. All content on this website, and the underlying technology behind permitOS™, are owned by Gold Standard Builder Services and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except as necessary to use our services as intended.
We don't guarantee permit approval, and our services are provided "as is."
No permit expediting service, no feature of permitOS™, and no use of PREiQ™ guarantees that any permit will be approved. Final review and approval authority belongs to the applicable AHJ. Our website, services, and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our liability is limited as described here, to the extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Standard Builder Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or the permitOS™ platform.
Either party can end the relationship as described here.
We may suspend or terminate access to permitOS™ for violation of these terms. You may stop using our services or close your permitOS™ account at any time, subject to any outstanding fees owed.
These terms are governed by Florida law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
